She said she thought the South African constitution was a better model for government than the US Constitution.

No she didn't.She said it'd be a better model *for them* than the US Constitution.

So does that mean that just because it's not American that the South African constitution is to be ignored and discounted as effective?Plenty of nations are actually studying the constitutions of either newer countries or countries with newer constitutions and finding there is plenty to learn from them.South Africa and even Canada have constitutions other nations are emulating.I've not read the SA constitution but perhaps Justice Ginsburg isn't far wrong.

You mean she has an opinion? How dare they appoint human beings to the supreme court that think for themselves and have opinions.

They should only appoint justices that parrot their corporate sponsors like Clarence Thomas.
